About Me and My Approach

I offer evidence-based, experienced and highly academically trained counselling to help you make sense of what you’re going through and move towards lasting change.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of York, a Masters in Neuroscience from King’s College London, and a Masters in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University. These degrees together give me a strong scientific and clinical foundation for our work.

I have also achieved accredited status with the BACP after counselling clients for over 1,000 hours across more than five years, in private practice as well as in a range of public and private mental health and addiction services.

In order to support your needs with managing anxiety and trauma, my EMDR training can provide you with more specialised tools and techniques.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Online sessions take place through Zoom or Whatsapp. All sessions can also be conducted with audio only if preferred (no use of camera). Links to Zoom sessions will be shared via email the day prior to the session.

  • Phone sessions will take place by calling your number at the time of the therapy session.

  • Texting sessions will take place through Whatsapp

  • Sessions are 50 minutes or 90 minutes long
